3. There is a short circuit or insulation damage in the internal coil of the electromagnetic chuck, or the voltage properties and specifications are wrong.
4. This situation is prone to occur when water enters or is grounded, and the air gap between the armature and the armature is too large.
5. The front of the disk is protected by an electronic charger and demagnetizer. Even if the voltage connected by the user is too high, it will be protected on the spot. If you want to burn it, you can only charge the transformer of the demagnetization controller without burning the electromagnetic chuck coil.
6. Check the rectifier circuit of the power supply to see if there is AC entry.
7. The coil insulation is not good, because there is coolant on the table, or the circuit is faulty. DC current is too large.
8. The workpiece is placed in an inappropriate position, and the magnetic circuit is abnormal. Otherwise, the circuit is abnormal, short circuit between turns.
9. I even guess that this sucker is AC, because the current of DC is basically a constant value, and its size is determined by the resistance value of the copper wire inside the sucker. The magnitude of the alternating current is not only related to the coil resistance but also to the size of the air gap. If the internal armature of the electromagnetic chuck does not move or is stuck during use, the current in the coil must be kept at the maximum, and the coil will be caused by long-term overload current. The temperature rises, and finally the insulation is damaged and the electromagnetic chuck is burned out.
