During manufacturing, key parameters such as magnetization direction, assembly accuracy, and bonding strength are monitored to maintain consistency, especially for OEM and customized magnetic solutions.
Before delivery, all products go through final inspection, including pull force testing, dimensional checks, and visual evaluation. For magnetic separators and assemblies, functional testing is also carried out to confirm real-world performance.
