In the process of removing iron, the surface of the iron remover magnetic source or iron-absorbing medium will adsorb certain magnetic impurities. When a certain amount of ferromagnetic impurities are adsorbed, the adsorption force will be greatly reduced, thereby affecting the reabsorption of magnetic impurities. The impurities on the surface of the magnetic source or the iron-absorbing media must be removed. Otherwise, the deironing effect of the iron remover will be seriously affected. Therefore, the cleaning effect is an important indicator to determine the quality of the iron remover.

1, magnetic rod cleaning

The iron removal method of the magnetic rod is a kind of iron removal method which achieves the effect of removing iron by directly contacting the slurry with a magnetic source, and its cleaning is performed under a magnetic state. During the cleaning process, it is necessary to overcome the relatively large adhesion. According to the theory of magnetic force, when the magnetic field is stronger, the surface area is larger, the more ferromagnetic impurities are accumulated, the higher the ferromagnetic impurity k, the greater the adsorption force. The more difficult it is to clean. Since the magnetic bar must be magnetically cleaned, the cleaning method using the high-pressure water jet magnetic bar cannot be thoroughly cleaned, and the impact of the high-pressure water will accelerate demagnetization of the magnetic bar, so it can only be manually cleaned. The work area is a magnetic absorption area. When it is cleaned, the scraper is pushed by the mechanical structure to scrape the impurities to the non-working area, that is, it does not have a magnetic area. At this time, the impurities are not attracted by the magnetic force, so a small amount of water can be used for cleaning. Clean the magnets with impurities. This automatic scraper iron removal machine greatly reduces the human consumption caused by manual cleaning, and the cleaning cycle is controllable, but the large one-time investment makes it difficult to increase the iron removal effect.


2. Electromagnetic iron removal machine cleaning

The electromagnetic iron remover is a semi-automatic iron remover that removes magnetic impurities in the slurry through a current magnetic field generated by a DC excitation power source. At present, the cleaning of the electromagnetic iron remover is performed after the work is cut off, and the iron-absorbing medium is taken out for manual cleaning. Since the electromagnetic iron remover can generate a relatively high magnetic field, it is necessary to take out the honeycomb structure iron-absorbing medium after every time (usually 10 to 15 minutes). The iron-absorbing medium is composed of a lattice plate. As the core of the electromagnet, in order to improve the efficiency of removing iron, the lattice plate is generally arranged densely, and cleaning in the cavity is difficult. It is difficult to clean the honeycomb-like structure of the honeycomb structure, and it must be cleaned and powered off. It is difficult for a single machine to achieve continuous iron removal.


3, cleaning of permanent iron removal machine

This is a permanent type automatic cleaning iron remover that uses the induction magnetic field generated by the permanent magnet to magnetize the iron absorption medium and absorb iron. When the permanent magnet leaves, the iron-absorbing medium will demagnetize. The cleaning of such iron removal equipment is mainly the cleaning of iron-absorbing media, which is a demagnetization cleaning method. This kind of iron removal equipment can use magnetic materials with high magnetic field and produce a higher working magnetic field, but it does not affect the cleaning effect. In order to enhance the iron removal effect of this iron removing machine, the structure of the iron absorbing medium is generally complicated. Since the number of filaments is large, such an ingenious high pressure cleaning device is used.


4, ultrasonic cleaning

The principle of ultrasonic cleaning is that the high-frequency oscillating signal emitted by the ultrasonic generator is converted into high-frequency mechanical oscillations by the transducer and propagates to the iron-absorbing medium. Ultrasonic waves diverge densely and alternately in the cleaning fluid to make the liquid flow. Tens of thousands of tiny bubbles (cavitation nucleus) are generated and oscillated under the action of the sound field. When the sound pressure reaches a certain value, the bubbles rapidly increase, and then suddenly close. When the bubbles are closed, a shock wave is generated and can be generated around it. Thousands of atmospheric pressures, when the group particles adhere to the surface of the cleaning part, the solid particles are detached by atmospheric pressure so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning the surface.

Ultrasonic cleaning is used to clean the electromagnetic iron cells in the hive faster and cleaner. If the transducer is placed in an electromagnetic iron remover, the cleaning of the iron-absorbing medium can be completed in the chamber, and even an electromagnetic iron removing machine that is automatically cleaned after the power is turned off can greatly increase the efficiency; for the permanent magnet iron removing machine Ultrasonic cleaning can also eliminate the process of sifting the slurry. Ultrasonic can also clean the magnetic source in the magnetic state, which has a significant effect on the cleaning of the iron and magnetic bar. To apply the ultrasonic cleaning principle to the iron removing machine, structural design problems must be solved and the cost is relatively high. Therefore, the ultrasonic cleaning method has not been applied to the cleaning of the slurry iron removing machine.
