What is Magnetizing? What is the meaning of magnetization we often say? The literal meaning is to magnetize a magnetic substance or to increase the magnetism of a magnet that lacks magnetism. Generally, the magnetic object to be magnetized is placed in a strong magnetic field formed by a coil with a direct current passing through it, and the magnetic field in the magnet is catalyzed by the external magnetic field.

The magnetizing direction of magnets can be divided into thickness magnetization, radial magnetization, and so on. When it is affected by the external energy, such as heating and impact, the magnetic moment directions of each magnetic domain will become inconsistent, and the magnetic properties will be weakened or disappeared. magnetic.

Magnetizing principle and method of magnetization There are two types of magnetizers currently used, constant current magnetizer and pulse magnetizer. The working principle of the constant current magnetizer: a constant current of direct current is passed through the coil so that the coil generates a constant magnetic field. It is suitable for the magnetization of low-coercivity permanent magnet materials, such as ferrite and low-coercivity NdFeB.

The working principle of the pulse magnetizer: a momentary high pulse current is passed through the coil so that the coil generates a short super-strong magnetic field. Suitable for high coercivity permanent magnet materials or complex multi-pole magnetization. It is widely used in permanent magnet material production and application enterprises and is suitable for the magnetization of various permanent magnet material parts and components, such as the AlNiCo series, ferrite series, rare earth permanent magnet series, etc. It has the characteristics of high efficiency and reliability. The equipment has no special requirements for the power configuration of the workplace, and it is convenient and sensitive to use.
