This processing technology generally includes: degreasing, derusting, and activation. In this pretreatment process, if one of the processes is not clean, it will cause problems such as blistering and flaking of the plating layer. For low-grade permanent magnetic materials, which are generally not required, the previous pretreatment processes are: alkaline degreasing - water washing - pickling - water washing - surface activation - electroplating. This process is relatively simple, but it has high requirements for degreasing agent, and it needs special degreasing agent for neodymium iron and boron. The formulation of this degreasing and degreasing agent is complicated, and there are many types of raw materials needed. The user's preparation process is very troublesome. .
