Rubber magnets, also known as bonded permanent ferrite, are made of bonded ferrite magnetic powder, rubber or plastic, and other materials through extrusion, calendering, or injection molding.
Rubber Magnet Features:
The material is flexible, elastic, and bendable. It can be produced into various flat shapes such as flakes, strips, squares, circles, etc. through industrial processing. The rubber magnet has magnetic properties after being magnetized by a magnetizer, which shows that it can also be covered with PVC sheets, copper paper, or cut into various shapes using a color stamp. Due to the high plasticity of the material itself, the finished or semi-finished product can be arbitrarily cut, punched, slit, and mounted with other materials, and it is not easy to demagnetize and has good corrosion resistance.
Rubber Magnet Classification:
Rubber magnets are a type of ferrite, and they need to be magnetized with magnetizing equipment to make them magnetic. Two types of rubber magnets of the same sex and different sexes are produced by different magnetization directions. The difference is as follows:
1. Different magnetic properties: the same-sex rubber magnets are weaker, while the opposite-sex rubber magnets have higher magnetic properties.
2. The working temperature and density are different, the density and temperature of the same-sex rubber magnet are lower than that of the opposite-sex rubber magnet.
3. Different application fields: Homosexual rubber magnets are mainly used in refrigerator magnets, car stickers, printed products, and promotional items. The opposite sex rubber magnets are widely used in micro motors, computers, laser printers, copiers, magnetic toys, and other fields.
