The magnetic circuit is designed by computer simulation, with high performance, high magnetic field strength, and strong suction.

High-performance NdFeB material is used as the magnetic source. High coercive force, not easy to demagnetize, demagnetization will not exceed 4% in eight years.

Product Application

RCYB suspension permanent magnetic separator is an iron-removing mechanism composed of a driving motor, drum, scraper belt, etc.  In the working process, the iron unloading mechanism automatically unloads the ferromagnetic material adsorbed by the unloading belt into the iron collecting box without manual cleaning by a power cut, realizing the automated iron removal.
