RCYK Magnetic Separation Product Description
Specially used for metallurgical slag iron, direct reduction iron plant iron, stew workshop iron, and casting workshop iron.
RCDK series are self unloading electromagnetic separators in long-term system. Platform and iron removal belt are added and hung above the belt conveyor. The separator will automatically discharge the ferromagnetic articles absorbed by the magnet into the iron collecting box through the delivery of the iron unloading belt. So as to obtain the removal of ferromagnetic articles. This is one of the most commonly used separator types.
RCYK Magnetic Separation Features
1. Unique design armored belts can effectively prevent sharp ferromagnetic debris to damage the belt and operating economy.
2. The intensity of the rated height is high, the gradient is large, and the suction is strong.

4. Rare Earth NdFeB permanent magnet material as a magnetic source, and the magnetic properties are stable and reliable.
5. With belt automatic template, and special sealing bearing housing, adapt to working under harsh environments.
6. The structure is compact and easy to maintain, which can operate a long-term operation.
7. Complete specifications, there is a general type of national standard and superior shape higher than national standards and an explosion-proof type.
