RCDA Electromagnetic Separation Product Description
The internal excitation coils use air-conditioning fans or axial flow fans to cool the separator. When the iron separator is in a good working environment, air-conditioning fans sparse the heat; When the magnetic separator is in a harsh working environment (for example, plenty of dust, coal dust, smoke), axial flow fans sparse the heat. This product has a reasonable structure, a low failure rate and a wide use range. It is usually used for conveyor belts to remove iron from any material before the crushing or milling process, and so as to protect the crushing and milling machines.
Electromagnetic Separation Features
1. The computer simulates design in magnetic circuits and strong magnetic force.
2. Special air duct design, axial flow fan forced air cooling, large air volume, high air pressure, the coil heat dissipation fast, low-temperature rise, small difference between cold and hot magnetic field.
3. The coil is specially impregnated with varnish insulation and curing technology, which is resistant to oxidation and corrosion, improving the insulation performance of the whole machine and ensuring long-term continuous work without aging.
