A concentrator with a design capacity of 6 million tons per year (6 million tons/a), the raw ore grade is 30%, the obtained concentrate grade is 66%, the annual production of iron concentrate is 2.2 million tons, and the tailings volume is 3.8 million tons. , which contains approximately 380,000 tons of iron. A multi-disc magnetic separator is now being developed to recover useful iron in tailings. The level of recovered ferrous materials can reach 35%. Because it is the tailings in the upper section, its particle size is pulled into coarse grinding and then into weak magnetic separation after fine grinding. At least About 80,000 tons of qualified iron concentrate can be obtained.
