QCG Drum Type Magnetic Separator Introduce:
The wet magnetic separator is a combination model developed by our company based on many years of experience and customer on-site needs. It can realize the combination of multiple structures or different magnetic field strengths.
It is mainly used for roughing, sweeping and concentrating fine-grained weakly magnetic ores. It can effectively treat most various metal ores.
It can achieve up to 10 roller combinations and can sort materials up to 10 times. It has a significant sorting effect on minerals with strong, medium and weak magnetism.
QCG Drum Type Magnetic Separator Main Features:
The magnetic drum separator is that the material enters the magnetic field area through the material silo and the guide plate. The magnetic minerals are adsorbed on the surface of the magnetic roller and rotate to the concentrate area. The brush will remove the magnetic mineral adsorbed on the surface of the magnetic roller and fall under the jet of high-pressure water. In the concentrate hopper, some unadsorbed magnetic ore particles, non-magnetic ore particles and weakly magnetic ore particles enter the next stage for re-selection.
QCG Drum Type Magnetic Separator Operating Principle：
When the slurry enters the magnetic field, the strong magnetic minerals are adsorbed on the surface of the roller. The weakly magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are thrown down and discharged, while the strongly magnetic minerals on the surface of the drum are taken out of the magnetic field as the drum rotates, completing the sorting operation.
