CXJA Magnetic Separation Equipment Description
CXJA series dry magnetic separator is a kind of magnetic separation equipment for fine powder continuous iron removal. Its internal structure adopts the latest advanced technology from Japan. The magnetic system is made of super permanent magnet NdFeB material, which has a strong magnetic field and strong suction, high iron removal rate, energy saving, easy maintenance, easy to use, and so on. The machine can adjust the size of the feeding amount, which is suitable for the requirements of different material particle sizes.

The unique design for the magnetic circuit and the magnetic source is made up of the NdFeB with high performance.
Featuring powerful magnetic force and high efficiency for tramp iron elimination, it can be widely arranged in lines such as grinding, refractory material, foodstuff, building material, ceramics, and raw materials for glass and chemical industry to remove the iron impurities. It can also be used in dry separating hematite, limonite, etc.
Feeding capacity can be adjusted to meet the different granularity requirements. It is characterized by being maintenance-free, energy-saving, lower costs, safety, and reliability.
