RCDF Oil Self-Cooling Electromagnetic Separator Product Description
RCDF dry self-cleaning electromagnetic iron separator is a kind of magnetic equipment that is used in iron removal from nonmagnetic material. It usually is installed in the front or center of the belt conveyor. The strong magnetic will absorb the pieces of iron mixed with the materials and dished out by the iron discharging belt, achieving the purpose of self-cleaning, and it can prevent the discharging belt longitudinal crack, and ensure that the breaker and grinder work normally. RCDF Magnetic Separation Features
1. The computer simulates design in magnetic circuits and strong magnetic force.
2. The special design of the exciting coil, longitudinal and transverse oil passages, is extremely conducive to the heat transfer to the transformer oil and reduces the temperature of the coil.
3. The coil is soaked and cured by a special epoxy resin, improving the insulation performance of the whole machine, fully sealed structure, dustproof, rainproof, salt spray-proof, and corrosion-resistant.
