Erection Anchors Description:
Erection Anchors have been used in lifting precast concrete in many developed countries. Erection and Unilateral Erection Anchors are made from steel plates, meeting for loading many components, especially plate concrete.
The Erection Anchors are used to alleviate the chance of cosmetic damage to narrow panels whilst turning units from one plane to another. The additional shoulders on the head of the anchor engage directly with the Spread Anchor Ring Clutch, absorbing the shear loads that would normally be absorbed by the narrow edge of the formed pocket around the anchor.
These anchors manufactured from high grade steel, are notched to accommodate extra reinforcement required for pitching and are available in safe working loads from 1.4t to 22.0t. They are available in black, zinc-plated, galvanized steel or stainless steel. Special sizes and hole positions are available to order.
