Magnetic Tube Product Description
Rare Earth Magnetic Tubes utilize the industry's strongest magnet circuit available to recover more fine-iron contamination and reduce product wash-off. They can be used as inspection tools or in areas where conventional Grate Magnets will not fit.
Encased in 316 stainless steel tubes 25.4mm in diameter, they are manufactured with high-intensity rare earth magnets (up to 15,000 gausses). We manufacture them specifically to the length requested by the customer. The sealed stainless steel ends can be left blank or drilled and tapped for fixing purposes.

In the powder line, tube magnets capture the unwanted iron particles most effectively from the product flow. These magnets are also very suitable for the cake dump after the cocoa has been pressed and when the large pieces of the cake come out of the press.
