Coil Loop Insert Describe

The Coil Ring Insert is a versatile insert commonly used for structural connections and as an anchor for suspending pipes and/or other mechanical equipment. Made from high-grade carbon steel wire and integrally connected to an internally threaded coil, the insert provides a secure connection point for lifting, handling, and structural connection of precast elements. Its compact design allows it to be easily embedded in concrete forms, ensuring fast installation while maintaining structural integrity.
Designed to withstand tensile forces, the Coil Ring Insert integrates seamlessly with threaded lifting hardware or bolts, providing excellent pullout resistance and a reliable anchoring solution for various precast applications. It is available in a variety of lengths and diameters to accommodate a variety of load requirements and embedment depths.

Advantages of Coil Loop Insert

Concrete poured in place, insert carbon steel.

Zinc/clear coating.

Heavy-duty durability.

Designed for temporary connection.

Perfect for concrete insert applications.

Simple in design and fabrication.

Does not include a washer.

Coil ties are strong, versatile, resistance-welded ties designed to withstand the abuse encountered in medium and heavy-duty concrete construction. A coil tie is a very simple tie capable of serving many applications and uses in the field. It can be used with or without a cone, or combined with wire rods to create an adjustable tie. Coil threads self-clean quickly.

Application of Coil Loop Insert

The coil loop insert is widely utilized in various precast concrete connection systems, particularly for:
Lifting and handling precast panels.
Fixing structural elements in precast walls, beams, and slabs.
Forming temporary or permanent connections in cast-in-place and precast hybrids.
Supporting mechanical and electrical embeds in precast vaults and utility structures.
It is frequently used in conjunction with lifting inserts, coil rod anchors, and threaded rebar couplers, making it a staple in industrial, residential, and commercial precast construction projects.
