Bullet Magnet or Magnetic Bullet Separator is constructed by a nose cone in the central within a SS housing outside to remove ferrous elements, especially nuts, bolts, washers, staples, rust, etc., from pneumatic lines and conventional supply lines. Cone shape ensures smooth flowing volume. High intensity magnet makes the cone concentrate strong strength to capture the iron tramps perfectly.

Usually used in first phase pneumatic systems for tramp metal removal and installed where ingredients enter the lines as well as at the first processing stage.
 The unit is designed to prevent ferrous items from damaging expensive equipment, such as grinders, mixers, and screw conveyors. The bullet magnet is mounted in the center of a casing of stainless steel.

• Stainless steel 304 and 316. Finishing: Well polishing and welding to meet food grade. The housing can be sandblasted

• Decomposed for quick and easy cleaning: just open the cover and clean the magnet.
