Overview:

 RCYG series pipeline self-unloading iron remover shall be connected in series and material conveying pipeline. When the material passes through the machine, the iron material is adsorbed on the bottom wall of the pipeline separator, and the iron material gradually changes with the movement of the magnetic group. Sliding to the taphole, when the tapping port is turned, the magnetic material loses its magnetic attraction force and deviates from the magnetic field due to the rotation of the magnetic group in the direction of the circular motion. It naturally falls outside the taphole under the action of gravity. In the iron separation, the principle of parabola is used to throw out the pipe separator to achieve automatic iron removal.

  5. Use place: indoor (for outdoor use with rain protection facilities);

  6. The best installation location: the bucket elevator under the exit.
