QGK Magnetic Separator Conveyor Belts Operating Principle:

The QGK magnetic ore iron removal system is installed on the conveyor transporting materials. The metal detector is installed at the front. The belt-type electromagnetic iron remover is installed on the belt conveyor. The non-magnetic material distribution platform is behind the iron remover to catch the sucked-out iron parts and rectify them. The control cabinet connects the metal detector and the belt iron remover. When the metal detector detects an incoming iron signal, it transmits the signal to the rectifier control cabinet. The control cabinet starts the belt-type iron remover to unload the iron belt and excites it. The iron parts and some highly magnetic materials are sucked up under the main magnetic pole at the same time. The rotation of the unloading belt moves backward. Since the magnetic ore and iron parts are very different in shape and magnetism, after arriving at the magnetic sorting area and undergoing three sortings, most of the magnetic ore falls onto the conveyor belt again. , a small amount of material is brought to the non-magnetic material separation platform along with the iron parts for re-separation.
