Working Performance:
1) Suction force: The size of the suction cup's holding force on the workpiece is the most important indicator that reflects the quality of the suction cup. GB/T 14534-93 Electromagnetic chuck stipulates that the suction force of a rectangular electromagnetic chuck is not less than 100 N/cm2, and 10% of the measuring points are allowed to have a suction force of not less than 50 N/cm2. The suction unevenness of the suction cup should not be greater than 80 N/cm2;
2) Residual magnetism: refers to the suction force of the suction cup when it is not working. The size of the residual magnetism mainly affects the difficulty of unloading the workpiece and the size of the workpiece's residual magnetism. Each standard stipulates that the value is no more than 10% of the suction force at that point.
3) Work surface stiffness: It is evaluated by the displacement δ of the specimen under the action of the specified static load Q, and should comply with the requirements in Table 5.
