What Magnetic Wheel?
MAGNETIC WHEELS. Permanent magnetic wheels are used to move or defect sheet metal parts, by using two adhesive wheels, for example, a fat metal part turns a conveyor belt. Frequently, magnetic wheels are installed as head rollers of conveyor belts.
The magnetic wheel is a non-contact state-driven product on LCD, PDP, PCB, TFT, OLED, SOLAR CELL, and other production lines that need in a clean environment and do not allow fine impurities. It can replace mechanical gears driven by friction.

Magnetic Circuit Design
Inside the magnetic ring, a magnetic steel ring is added to enhance the magnetic force outside the ring, which improves the torque force by 20% compared with similar products.
Packing:
As the magnets have strong attraction we will use the spacer to separate them from each other in case people are hurt when taking it out. Then, they will be packed in a white box of pieces each, several boxes to a carton.
1. By Air: If the goods will be shipped by air, all the magnetic should be degaussed and we will use an Iron sheet to shield.
2. By Sea: If the goods are will be shipped by sea, we will place a pallet on the bottom of the cartons.
