Advantages of Strong Magnets
1.High coercive force and High Consistency
The Cpk of Remanence (Br) and Intrinsic Coercive Force (Hcj) are much higher than 1.67. The consistency of the surface magnetic field and magnetic flux can be controlled at +/-1%.
2. Low Temperature Coefficiency:
Reversible Temperature Coefficients Br<-0.1%ºC-1,Hcj<-0.45%ºC-1;
3. Low Weight Loss:

Application of Strong Magnets
Arc magnet is usually assembled into magnetic drum separators. In this separator, the rotatory drum in the magnetic field captures the ferrous material whereas non ferrous falls free from the drum into the cleaned material flow. Such separators are available both in single or double drum configuration.
The magnetic drum separator is ideal in chemical, food industry, recycling and other manufacturing applications.
