Advantages of PMSG Magnetic Materials
1. High coercive force and High Consistency
The Cpk of Remanence (Br) and Intrinsic Coercive Force (Hcj) are much higher than 1.67. The consistency of the surface magnetic field and magnetic flux can be controlled at +/-1%.
2. Low Temperature Coefficiency:
Reversible Temperature Coefficients Br<-0.1%ºC-1,Hcj<-0.45%ºC-1;

Application of PMSG Magnetic Materials
PMSG (Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator) is a generator where the excitation field is provided by a permanent magnet instead of electromagnet with coil. Synchronous refers to the fact that the rotor and magnetic field rotate with the same speed, because the magnetic field is generated by shaft mounted permanent magnet mechanism and current is induced into the stationary armature.
Such PMSG are commonly used to convert the mechanical power output of steam turbines, gas turbines, reciprocating engines and hydro turbines into electrical power for the grid.
Safety Warning of Using Supermagnete Neodym Magnet
1.Strong 42SH PMSG neodym magnets should be kept far away from Ironware and some easily magnetized iron products, such as mobile phones, bank cards, computers, televisions and monitors etc.
2.Strong neodymium magnets might affect electric meter, water meter, gas meter and some other metering equipment. For example, if magnets were placed near the meter, the meter will slow down.
3.These PMSG magnets are very powerful which should be handled very carefully.
4.Without parents supervising, do not allow children to playing magnets as they might get injured.
5.Especially pay attention to small magnets, please place in somewhere children can't reach.
