Magnetic Steel Chamfer
Magnetic steel chamfer strips are designed for use with steel beds or steel panels and bulkheads and can be fitted to most types of precast track framing systems on the market. Triangular and trapezoidal steel chamfers/magnet chamfers of any size and grade are produced according to customer specifications and requirements, and coil forms and straight lengths are available as per customer requirements. Chamfering strips are used in steel and concrete building systems for fixing in precise positions. It is composed of super NdFeB magnets and steel.
If attaching to one steel surface at a time (such as a steel table or panel), choose the single-sided magnetization option. The double-sided magnetized option provides extremely secure corner attachment when you are using two adjacent sheets of steel.
Compared with non-magnetic steel chamfers, embedded magnets hold them firmly in place, with no screws, no bolts, and no welding, making the work quicker and easier. Compared with rubber chamfers, the holding force is stronger, the chamfers can be firmly fixed on the platform without slipping, and the service life is better than rubber chamfers.
