Magnetic Grate Separators

Magnetic grate separators, also called hopper magnets or grate magnets or hopper magnets, we provide rare earth grate magnets and ceramics. It can separate iron stray metal in drawers, garbage bins, hoppers, chutes, hoppers and round shells.

Features:

1. The material of the shelf and the pipe is SS304 or SS316L stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and pollution-free.

2. The standard magnetic frame is composed of a metal frame and a 25mm diameter magnetic bar arranged at a distance of 50mm from the center, and then fixed or assembled by screws.

3. The surface can be polished to meet the requirements of food or drug use level.

4. Standard working temperature ≤80℃, under special requirements, the maximum working temperature can reach 350℃.

5. Ordinary type, easy-to-clean type, with deflector or deflector type, square, round and other special specifications required by customers are available.

Application areas:

The magnetic frame is installed or simply placed in the storage, drawer box, hopper, and other places, used to capture and remove iron filings, iron pieces, and other metal substances. For high-wear material applications, special mention is required.

The basic elements of the magnetic grate separator in housing are one or two rows of magnetic grates (consisting of stainless steel tubes). While the material flows over the magnetic tubes, a very strong magnetic field (generated by the neodymium NdFeB magnets inside of the tubes) traps all metallic particles on the surface of the tubes. The magnetic grates inside of the housing are placed one above the other and the upper set of tubes consists of one tubeless. The grate sieve - created in this way – is in very intensive contact with the flowing material, can capture even the smallest ferromagnetic impurities, and guarantees an extremely high separation efficiency. The captured metal contaminants are pushed to the underside of the tube where they are out of contact with the product flow preventing wash off back into the clean material.
