Features:
1. Put the magnetic grid in the oil cylinder or in the hopper of the plastic machinery such as injection molding machine, extrusion machine, or film blowing machine, which can absorb kinds of the metal materials mixed in the raw materials to prevent their entry into the material cylinder or oil cylinder and valve body, to ensure normal production.
2. Magnetic grate is a permanent magnet filter type separator, tube surface magnetic force amounts to 2000 Gauss, with double iron removing insurance, iron removal efficiency is more than 99%;
3. Grate magnet is made of stainless steel, acid corrosion, no magnetic force reduction using below 300°C, the frame body is firm and permanent use.
4. Get the magnetic grid from the package, just put into the hopper and no need any other accessories installation, can repeated use and very convenient.
5. Grid magnet with square and circular two series of more than 10 kinds of specifications, suitable for square hopper and circular hopper respectively, can also be customized according to customer requirements.
