Strong Neodymium Round Disc Magnets. Strong Circle Magnets are the most powerful rare-earth magnets available today. Available in disc and cylinder shapes, Neodymium magnets have magnetic properties that far exceed all other permanent magnet materials. They are high in magnetic strength, moderately priced, and able to perform well in ambient temperatures. As a result, they are the most widely-used Rare-Earth magnets for industrial, technical, commercial, and consumer applications.

How to order Disc Magnet? 

Our quotation is based on your requests for magnet grade, size, coating, magnetization direction and quantity 

①Size: Include Diameter and thickness. 

②Grade: Which grade do you need? 

N35-N52; 33M-50M;30H-48H; 30SH-45SH; 30UH-42UH; 30EH-40EH; 33AH 

③Coating: Nickel; Zinc; Epoxy; Gold; Silver; Cu or other coating? 

The most common coating is NiCuNi and Zinc coating. 

④Magnetization: Axial or Diametrical magnetizing?　 

Axially magnetizing is common. 

⑤Quantity: How many pieces you will need?

Grades: 

The Grade of a magnet generally indicates how “strong” a magnet material is, which is measured by the Maximum Energy Product. The energy product is commonly specified in units of Gauss Oersted. The higher the grade the “stronger” the magnet.

Neodymium Permanent Magnets are graded according to their maximum energy product, which relates to the magnetic flux output per unit volume. Higher values indicate stronger magnets and range from N35 up to N52.  and M, H, SH, UH, EH, AH series, can be customized into a wide range of shapes and sizes with precise tolerances. Multiple choices of coatings and magnetization orientations can meet specific customer requirements. Letters following the grade indicate maximum operating temperatures (often the Curie temperature), which range from M (up to 100 °C) to EH (200 °C) to AH (230 °C)
