Permanent Bonded Magnet Description

Bonded neodymium powder is used to create these magnets. The powder is melted and mixed with a polymer. Components are then pressed or extruded to create the product. Bonded Neodymium magnets can be magnetized into complex patterns with multiple poles. Though much weaker than Sintered Neodymium magnets, Bonded neodymium magnets give greater flexibility in terms of shapes that can be made.

Bonded NdFeB Magnet has high dimensional accuracy and can be made into relatively complex magnetic components with one-time molding and multi-pole orientation. After drying, molding, curing, coating, magnetizing, and other processes, the magnetic powder is mostly used in electrical machinery, audio-visual equipment, instruments and meters, small motors, and other fields.

This product is mostly used in various types of motors such as DC brushless motors, stepper motors and AC synchronous motors.

Advantage Bonded NdFeB 

Compared with sintered NdFeB magnets, bonded NdFeB magnets have stronger corrosion resistance. They are not easy to crack and fracture, and magnets do not need mechanical processing such as cutting, high product yield, high tolerance accuracy after forming, smooth surface, good internal uniformity of magnets, good consistency of surface magnetic field, strong anti-corrosion. They have unique advantages when they are filling multi-poles and pole distance less than 1MM.

Bonded NdFeB magnets can magnetize all kinds of magnets in axial, radial and planar directions according to users' requirements, and the magnetizing waveform can be adjusted to achieve the magnetic field waveform required by users, including sine wave and square wave.

The product storage environment should be dry and free of corrosive gases.
Place it in a ventilated, light-proof, and non-magnetic environment as much as possible.
The storage temperature should be controlled at around 20℃ - 30℃.
During use, it is necessary to prevent moisture from entering the interior or surface of the magnet. When storing, it should be covered with a moisture-proof cover or a protective layer to prevent the magnet from being subjected to severe collision and vibration, to avoid reducing the magnetic force or breaking.
