The precast concrete magnet is a high-tech approach to fixed formwork casting beds. They are made of NdFeB magnets, which have high attraction. The magnetic part of the shutter magnet is designed to be layered with steel flux to increase the contact area.
The shell surrounded by iron or steel can protect against damage, and the steel can be used in the bolt housing of the neodymium magnet.
The precast concrete magnets have been looking for more economical and efficient formwork ways. In the past, some conventional magnets were used to fix templates, which easily damaged magnets and surface templates, as well. For ease of template activity, GME developed and manufactured its own template magnets, which successfully solved the problem.
Our shuttering magnet can have a quick operation, resulting in improved efficiency when setting out and breaking templates. It consists of a switchable neodymium magnet and a steel bushing to form a certain magnetic circuit design. By pressing the button at the top of the steel shell, the magnetic force is activated so that the template magnet will fasten the template to the steel table. In the stop mode, the two threaded holes are integrated at the top, and the neodymium magnet is easy to locate inside and can be equipped with various adapters, which provides unlimited choice for use.

Application of Precast Concrete Shuttering Magnet
Care should be taken when using the shutter magnets to ensure the base is clean and free from debris; otherwise, the debris causes a loss of strength due to a large air gap between the magnet and the machine or tools.
The precast concrete has been formed into a new green commercial mold to site-cast concrete. It’s already being applied in a wide range of walls, floors, and even roofs from private houses to giant buildings with much more durability, flexibility, and of course economics. Due to these brilliant performances, many construction companies are adapting it as their new working method from Europe, and Southern America to UAE, and India, and now spreads to China as well.

Shuttering Magnet Release Tool
After using the release tool to light up, the magnetic force between the magnetic box and the desktop will be weakened sharply, and the magnetic box can be moved.
The thickness and surface smoothness of the platform will affect the magnetic force between the magnetic box and the platform. The thicker the platform, the smoother the surface, the greater the strength.
And the magnetic force is also related to the friction coefficient of the contact surface.
