Precast concrete magnets are important magnetic solutions to fixing the precast concrete formworks. Precast concrete becomes more and more popular due to its advantages in quality, versatility, sustainability, durability, and lower lifetime cost. It is flexible to produce the precast concrete elements in precast plants. All those types of elements are produced on a steel table by pouring concrete into the formworks. 

Shuttering Magnet is very convenient to use. Merely fix the shuttering magnets to position and push down the knob and the magnet will tightly hold the platform. The removal of the shuttering magnet is pend on a lifting lever (crowbar). Precast concrete magnets, or shuttering magnet, is commonly used in civil engineering works. The shuttering magnet is the best solution for quickly building concrete formworks. The concrete magnet is composed of steel armature, a big magnet with a push and pull knob.

Cleaning advice

Before using the Precast Concrete Magnet, check whether the bottom of the magnetic block and the platform are clean and flat. If there is a foreign matter on the bottom of the Precast Concrete Magnet, it can be cleaned with a stainless steel scraper (the iron scraper will be adsorbed and cannot be cleaned). If there are concrete or other substances that cannot be cleaned easily, it can be cleaned with a grinder. As shown in the figure below, the wire polisher is installed on the grinder and the bottom of the magnet is polished.

Magnetic storage recommendations

The ambient temperature used and stored in the Precast Concrete Magnet should not be higher than 80°C, and there should be no corrosive medium such as strong acid or alkali.
