When making prefabricated parts for construction, the template needs to be fixed on the prefabricated bottom plate. Since the flat prefabricated bottom plate cannot be damaged, it is impossible to drill holes and taps or weld bumps on the prefabricated bottom plate, which destroys the repeated prefabricated mold bottom plate. When used, it will affect the quality of the prefabricated parts and increase the difficulty of detachment. Only use the magnetic fixed shuttering magnet to fix the template.
After the prefab side plate is in place, align the bayonet of the magnetic box with the edge of the prefab side plate or the arc bayonet with the steel bar or the rib of the tripod, press the button lever, and the magnetic assembly will leave the magnetic shutter. The bottom plate is sucked to the bottom plate of the prefabricated mold and fixed. After use, use the Y-shaped fork to pry up the button rod and suck it on the bottom plate of the template fixed shuttering magnet to remove the shutter magnet. The existing magnetically fixed magnetic shutter can only press the template by abutting method, the button magnet can only provide thrust to press, and the template can still move in front of the magnetic box and laterally, but cannot fix the template. In addition, due to the harsh use environment, debris often enters between the button rod of the magnetic box and the perforation of the bottom plate, which causes the button rod and the perforation to be stuck and unable to slide.
