Magnetic Liquid Traps are designed to remove ferrous tramp metal contamination from liquid processing and conveying lines. To provide continuous and dependable magnetic protection in non-fibrous fluids, the design of this trap forces liquids through a tightly spaced grid of magnetic cartridges, ensuring close contact between the product and the magnetic field. They provide dependable protection against tramp iron contamination. These traps come equipped with powerful high-energy and high-temperature neodymium magnets to capture challenging types of debris, such as work-hardened 300 series stainless steel fragments. Metal-detectable gaskets and grommets are standard features in the housing of magnetic liquid traps. Cartridge-style liquid traps feature a quick-release clamp.
Features
Magnetic Liquid Traps, also named Magnetic Liquid Filters, are designed for removing Ferrum contamination from liquid or semi-liquid materials with different viscosity, to keep materials pure and protect the equipment. Quick Interface Connector (QIC) Series： Use a rubber washer connect with a special shape of trap entry for good tightness, which saves installation time and costs.
1. We designed different styles for the use of different materials.
2. The maximum magnetic strength can reach 13000GS for normal (N Style) and 8000GS for easy cleaning (E Style).
3. Standard working temperature≤80℃, and maximum working temperature can reach 350℃ as required.
4. Easy installation, separation, and cleaning through ferrule, bolt plate, flange or uneven head, etc.
5. 304 or 316L stainless steel is available for pipeline material.
6. Ideal designed magnetic configuration ensures maximum magnetic effect without liquid flow impediment.
7. As required, specification of the customer on pressure or other details is also available.
