Description of Electro Permanent Lifting Magnet：
Lifting electromagnet is a kind of special DC electromagnet which is sucked as "armature". It is widely used in metallurgy, mining, machinery, transportation and other industries, and it is an important tool for moving steel and heavy objects.

1.Lifting electromagnet have fully sealed structure, waterproof performance.
2.Optimum design method by computer, reasonable structure, light weight, suction, low energy consumption, safe and reliable, easy installation and maintenance.
3.The excitation coil by a special process to improve the electrical and mechanical properties of the coil, insulation materials, heat-resistant grade to C-class, long service life.
4.High temperature electromagnet using a unique way of insulation, the temperature of the material from the past 600 ℃ to 680 ℃, extending the scope of the application of the lifting electromagnet.
Selection Guide of Electro Permanent Lifting Magnet：
1.If suction material temperature below 100 ℃, please use the room temperature type, more than 100 ℃, please use high temperature type. More than 600 ℃ Please specify.
2.If power continuity rate of more than 50%. Please use high frequency type.
3.If water suction material, please use diving type (diving depth of not more than 100m). Diving type electromagnet parameters and the same temperature parameters. If the user needs diving type, please specify when ordering.
4.Equipment support: single use, according to the power consumption (current) to select the rectifier control equipment and auxiliary equipment; multiple use, according to the combined number of units of power consumption (current) and the choice.

Note: The room temperature electromagnet can be used to strengthen the excitation mode (lifting DC-290V, running DC-220V) can further improve the lifting capacity. For large-scale lifting electromagnet can be used over-excitation control (DC-350V / DC-290V / DC-220V) to speed up the current rise speed, play a stronger lifting capacity.
