How to Choose NdFeB Magnet when different working temperature?

For general NdFeB Magnet(N35-N52), It is more easily demagnetization when their working temperature reach 80℃. And the temperature of certain workplaces is high, it is far more than 80℃.

So for different working temperatures, how to choose NdFeB high temperature magnet and how to buy high temperature magnet is important.

Firstly, choose the NdFeB high temperature magnet between the working temperature of 80℃- 230℃the specific grade is as follows:

1, The working temperature between 80℃-100℃, you can use M series grade of NdFeB high temperature magnet.

2, The working temperature between 100℃-120℃, you can use H series grade of NdFeB high temperature magnet.

3.The working temperature between 120℃-150℃, you can use SH series grade of NdFeB high temperature magnet.

4. The working temperature between 150℃-180℃, you can use UH series grade of NdFeB high temperature magnet.

5.The working temperature between 180℃-200℃, you can use EH series grade of NdFeB high temperature magnet.

6. The working temperature between 200℃-230℃, you can use AH series grade of NdFeB high temperature magnet

Second, Select the samarium cobalt high temperature magnet when working temperature between 230℃- 350℃, the specific grade is as follows:

1, The working temperature between 230~250℃, you can use 1: 5 samarium cobalt magnet(SmCo).
2, The working temperature between 250~350℃, you can use 2: 17 samarium cobalt magnet(SmCo).

Third, when the working temperature above 350℃, you can only choose aluminum nickel cobalt magnet.
