The national standard has detailed provisions on the excitation power, insulation class, iron absorption range, rated hoist height, magnetic field strength, and heat dissipation mode of the separator. The high-quality iron separator has the characteristics of large magnetic potential, deep magnetic permeability, strong suction force, low energy consumption, strong environmental adaptability, and safety and reliability. At present, due to the rapid development of the ceramic industry and the large market demand for iron separators, some poor quality iron removers that do not implement the national standard have an opportunity to fish into the building materials industry and lay a hidden danger to the crushing system of the building materials industry. Various forms of electromagnetic and permanent magnetic iron removers have attracted more and more attention as a dedicated crushing machine to protect God and special equipment for improving product quality. It is the main equipment for the removal of iron, nickel and other metal powders and oxides from architectural ceramics, sanitary ceramics, daily-use ceramics, artistic ceramic glazes, slurries and dry powders.
